Frequently asked questions
How fast does support reply?
We do not publish a response-time guarantee. Write to the address that matches the question — support, billing or sales — and include your order ID, which saves a round of back-and-forth.
My proxy isn't working — what should I do?
Contact support with your order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will diagnose and resolve it or issue a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe — cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and USDT) and SBP. You can pay for an order directly or from the US-dollar balance in your account.
Can I get a refund?
On your first order, yes: 24 hours, up to 10 IPs, and using the proxies does not void it. After that, refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Do you offer volume discounts or reseller terms?
Published prices have no volume ladder: one rate per IP whatever the quantity. For reseller terms, or an order larger than the order form allows, write to sales.
Where can I find API documentation?
On the API documentation site, linked as API Documentation in this site's footer and from the Developers section of your dashboard. It covers authentication with an API key and the endpoints, and each endpoint page has a playground that sends real requests with your own API key, so treat it like the API itself.
How do I report abuse?
Email support@proxyjam.com with details of the abuse and any relevant logs — our team will investigate promptly.
