This page describes how **Pryvus Inc** ("ProxyJam") writes, checks and corrects
the content of [ProxyJam](/): the product pages, the blog and the help pages. It
does not cover the API documentation, which is maintained separately, or the
legal policies, which are the terms you agree to rather than editorial content.

## Who publishes these pages

ProxyJam is a seller, not an independent reviewer. Every page on this site is
published by the company that sells the product it describes, and nothing here
should be read as a neutral comparison of vendors. Pages do not carry individual
bylines.

## Where the numbers come from

- **Prices, country counts and carrier names** are not typed into the text.
They are read from a snapshot of our live catalogue when the site is built,
so a page cannot quote a price or a country the catalogue does not have. When
the catalogue changes, the snapshot is regenerated and every page quoting it
  changes with it.
- **Other figures**, such as the numbers shown on country pages, are confirmed
by the business one at a time before the page that shows them is opened to
search engines. A figure added later needs its own confirmation.
- **Terms** — refunds, replacements, fair use — are quoted from the
  [Terms of Service](/terms-of-service/) and the
[Refund Policy](/refund-policy/). Where a page and a policy differ, the policy
  applies.

## What we do not publish

- Reviews, testimonials or ratings we cannot attribute to a real customer.
- Comparisons that name competing vendors or quote their prices.
- Products described as available before they can be ordered. Anything not yet
for sale is marked "Coming soon" wherever it appears.
- Paid placements, or affiliate links to other companies. Our own
[Affiliate Program](/affiliate/) pays partners who refer customers to us; it
  places nothing on these pages.

## Translations

English is the reference text. The other language versions are translations and
can lag behind an English page after it changes; where they differ, the English
page is the more current one.

## Corrections and updates

If something on this site is wrong, write to
[support@proxyjam.com](mailto:support@proxyjam.com) with the address of the
page. A correction is made on the page itself, and the page's "Last updated"
date moves when it is published. Every change to the site goes through a
reviewed change request before it goes live.
