Help Center — Answers and How to Reach Us | ProxyJam
This page is answers, and support at ProxyJam is email. Write to support@proxyjam.com about an order, an address or a connection, and to billing@proxyjam.com about payments and invoices; a person reads both. Almost everything else is self-serve: orders, renewals, credentials and replacements are all in the dashboard, and the API documentation covers the same operations programmatically. What this page is not is a ticket queue, and we would rather say so than imply one exists — there is no queue position to check, no case number, and no response-time promise here, because we do not run the system that would back any of them up. The questions below are the ones that arrive most often, with the contract terms they depend on linked rather than paraphrased, so you can check the wording that actually binds us instead of taking a summary on trust.
Where to write, and what else exists:
Email. support@proxyjam.com for an order, an address or a connection; billing@proxyjam.com for payments and invoices. Include the order id and, for a connection problem, what you tried and what came back — it is the difference between one reply and four.
Telegram. There is a support bot and a channel, both linked from the contact page along with the company’s registered address.
Documentation. The API reference, the quickstart, the error codes and an interactive explorer live on the docs site, which is linked from the header under Resources.
If a question keeps arriving that this page does not answer, it belongs on this page. Telling us that is genuinely useful.
