$5.38/IP
- Traffic not metered (10 sessions past 50 GB a month)
- HTTP/SOCKS5 protocols
- Dedicated IP address
- Carrier chosen before you order
Each ProxyJam proxy in Cambodia is a single static residential (ISP) IP, hosted on servers and kept for the whole paid period at $5.38 per IP per month. Carrier choice comes first: Lumina Broadband.
Per IP, not per GB · Yours for the whole period · Carrier named before you pay
Settle on a Cambodian carrier from the list, then the length and the count; the card works out the price per IP for you.
City helps you pick a provider; the IP's exact city is not guaranteed.

Read each row as our catalogue’s note of where a Cambodian carrier is filed. The IP you get is one of that carrier’s addresses, and a database may locate it in a different province or town, so the town stays out of the promise. Look it up once delivered, at What Is My IP or with the IP checker, and file the town and network the result shows.
A Cambodian merchant may show one KHQR code instead of a row of bank and wallet logos, since a single KHQR code can take payment from any payment service operator that is a KHQR member. Open your own Cambodian checkout from an address in Cambodia and confirm that the code renders, that its currency matches the basket, and that the page tells the buyer which apps can scan it.
Bakong accounts can be held in Khmer riel or in US dollars, and the central bank's own QR tool generates a code in either. A Cambodian page may present the same basket with a riel code or a dollar code. Capture the payment step from a Cambodian address and record the currency the code carries beside the price shown, so the two can be checked against each other. If they disagree, the buyer's app may show one amount and the page another, which is the mismatch a capture should catch.
Shops may publish help pages on paying with KHQR or with Bakong, and those pages may change as members join or features arrive. A rank tracker on one fixed Cambodian address can record which explainers appear for the payment terms you follow, and a dated capture of each shows what it said while it ranked.
An offer in Cambodia may carry a KHQR code in the ad itself or on its landing page. Viewing the placements from an address on a Cambodian carrier's network shows the creative local viewers get; save the code image with the capture and decode it, so you can see what the code holds without anyone paying it.
Our acceptable use policy names financial services, healthcare and government systems as regulated sectors. If a Cambodian bank, payment app or public portal is part of your plan, ask us first; we verify the use before it goes ahead.
Bakong is run by the National Bank of Cambodia, which describes it as Cambodia's only all-in-one mobile payment and banking app and as a peer-to-peer transfer service for retail customers of local banks. A payments company's overview dates its launch to October 2020 and says it is built on the Hyperledger Iroha blockchain framework, while the central bank says it is not a central bank digital currency.
KHQR is the national QR code standard, based on EMV, which the central bank says will promote wider use of mobile retail payments in Cambodia. One KHQR code can accept payment from different payment service operators that are KHQR members, so a merchant does not need a separate code for each bank or wallet. The same overview dates the start of KHQR to July 2022. For a checkout test, that means one code to verify per currency rather than one per bank or wallet.
The central bank lists Bakong's members: commercial banks, microfinance institutions and payment service providers. Only individual savings or current accounts in Khmer riel or US dollars can be registered with Bakong. Those member names are financial institutions, not network operators, and tell you nothing about the carrier a Cambodian address sits on.

The country and the carrier are fixed when you order, so the code carries neither. Put in the host, port, username and password that come with the address, send one request, and check that the response reports the country you ordered.
Common questions about Cambodian IPs and KHQR checkouts, answered against our catalogue.
The catalogue lists one carrier for Cambodia at present: Lumina Broadband. Think of it as the registry-style owner of the announcement for these static IPs. It exists so you can find and compare addresses, and it makes no promise about the company serving anyone's own line.
KHQR is Cambodia's national QR standard for payments, based on EMV. A single KHQR code lets a merchant accept payment from any member bank, wallet or other payment service operator, which is why a Cambodian checkout may show one code rather than many.
No: Bakong and KHQR are different things. Bakong is the National Bank of Cambodia's payment system and app; KHQR is the QR standard that lets one code work across member banks and wallets. A checkout page may mention either, or both. Record which one a page names, since a help page about the app and one about the code answer different questions.
Whether a Cambodian checkout shows a riel code or a dollar code is the merchant's choice. Bakong works with accounts in riel and in US dollars, and the central bank's QR tool generates codes in either. Open the checkout from a Cambodian address and record the currency on the code together with the price.
Yes: storing the decoded KHQR code with a capture from Cambodia is worth doing. Saving the code image and its decoded contents with the page capture lets you show later which payment the page asked for, without anyone having to pay it.
Not necessarily. ProxyJam lists the network that announces the address; the registry record can name another holder, so check both with a lookup. IP Checker
No. A ProxyJam ISP proxy in Cambodia is chosen by carrier, not town; the address comes from that carrier's pool, so look up where it surfaces once issued. What Is My IP
No. A ProxyJam IP in Cambodia stays the same from the day you order to the end of the paid period.
ProxyJam has no free trial; a first order can be refunded within 24 hours, the window for testing the address on your own targets. Refund Policy
