Per IP, not per GB · Yours for the whole period · Carrier named before you pay
The card asks for an Estonian carrier, a term and a quantity, then shows the price of each IP and of the order.
City helps you pick a provider; the IP's exact city is not guaranteed.

Rows give the place our catalogue files an Estonian carrier under. The address you receive comes from that carrier’s pool, its town is not part of the promise, and a lookup may disagree with the row. Look the address up with What Is My IP through the proxy or with the IP checker once it is live.
Accountants, registered-address providers and other firms that serve e-residents' companies may show different offers to a visitor in Estonia and to one abroad. Comparing a provider's public pages from an Estonian address and from your own shows whether it does, and which version a local client is quoted. Record the date of each pair of captures, because prices and packages on such pages are revised, and a comparison is only fair when both sides were taken on the same day.
Queries in Estonian and English queries about doing business in Estonia can return quite different pages. A fixed Estonian address runs both sets from inside the country, so the comparison is between the two languages and nothing else, week after week. Guides about forming an Estonian company online are a natural English-language set to track, since e-Residency was built for exactly that.
Firms selling company formation, accounting and banking to e-residents may advertise mainly to people who live elsewhere, the audience the programme was built for. An advertiser in that market may want to know what a visitor already in Estonia is shown instead: the same offer, a local one or none. Viewing the placements and landing pages from an Estonian address answers that for its own campaigns, and shows whether the Estonian visitor is sent to a page that assumes they live abroad.
Estonian government portals, the ones e-residents use among them, are on the list we verify before opening access, as are banks and health services in Estonia. Tell us before ordering; the acceptable use policy has the categories.
Estonia launched e-Residency on 1 December 2014 to give non-Estonians access to Estonian services, aiming it at location-independent entrepreneurs such as software developers and writers. An e-resident can form and manage a company, sign and exchange encrypted documents, bank and process payments online, and file tax declarations; even medical prescriptions can be filled through it. The programme was built so that none of that requires living in the country.
The identity is a digital ID smart card issued by the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board. Applicants apply online with a passport scan, a photo and their reason for applying, are invited to an interview in Tallinn or at an Estonian embassy, and receive the card once it is approved. The certificates expire, and continuing means applying again and paying the state fee once more. The card is the credential; no address, Estonian or otherwise, stands in for it.
e-Residency is not citizenship and gives no right to enter or live in Estonia. Nor is it a way to avoid tax in the country where the holder actually lives. A network address plays no part in it: the card proves who you are, while an Estonian IP only sets the country your requests come from. Keep the two apart in your own documentation, and nobody will mistake a proxy subscription for a residency, or a residency for a way to appear in Estonia online.

The country and the carrier are fixed when you order, so the code carries neither. Put in the host, port, username and password that come with the address, send one request, and check that the response reports the country you ordered.
Questions about Estonian addresses and how they relate to e-Residency, answered against what our catalogue sells.
The list for Estonia holds a single carrier today: Lumina Broadband. Behind the entry sits the announcing network, which outside checkers report identically. Consider it an index heading for the addresses. Questions about the firm that supplies domestic internet to people in the country fall outside what the heading says.
An e-Residency service page may look different from Estonia than from abroad. A provider serving e-residents' companies can show one offer to visitors in Estonia and another to visitors abroad, or the same page to both. Capturing its public pages from an Estonian address and from your own location, on the same day, shows which it does.
Yes, an Estonian address from ProxyJam can serve the logins of a company you own or are authorised to run, but state portals and banks are on the list we verify first, so tell us before ordering. One Estonian origin for the whole period is simpler to account for if a security review ever asks where logins came from.
e-Residency was built for location-independent entrepreneurs: the programme aims at non-Estonians such as software developers and writers who want to form and run an Estonian company online. Seeing Estonian sites as people in Estonia do is a separate need, and that is the one our addresses serve.
No: Estonian e-Residency is not citizenship and does not grant a right to enter or reside in Estonia. Nor does it relieve income tax at home: e-residents remain taxpayers where they are citizens and tax residents. It is an identity for doing business online.
Not necessarily. ProxyJam lists the network that announces the address; the registry record can name another holder, so check both with a lookup. IP Checker
No. A ProxyJam ISP proxy in Estonia is chosen by carrier, not town; the address comes from that carrier's pool, so look up where it surfaces once issued. What Is My IP
No. A ProxyJam IP in Estonia stays the same from the day you order to the end of the paid period.
ProxyJam has no free trial; a first order can be refunded within 24 hours, the window for testing the address on your own targets. Refund Policy
We give no legal advice; check the rules that apply to your work. Some targets are reviewed before we enable work with them, as the acceptable use policy sets out. Acceptable Use Policy
