What each row gives is the place our catalogue files a Moldovan carrier under, a label rather than a location. The IP comes from the carrier’s pool, and a geolocation database may set it in a town the table does not mention; the town is not promised. Once issued, look the address up with What Is My IP or the IP checker and keep its country, town and network on record.
When Moldova joined the roam-like-at-home area, the EU roaming rules began to apply there, and the roaming sections of Moldovan mobile tariffs had to follow them. A capture series taken from a Moldovan address, with dates on both sides of 1 January 2026, shows how operators' own pages described roaming to customers in Moldova then and now: a record of the change as a customer met it, not as an announcement put it. Keep the tariff name, the date and the network the capture came from on every record, so that two versions of one page can be compared line by line, and note whether a page still quotes a per-unit roaming price for EU countries after the switch.
Sellers of travel SIM cards and data packages may have reworked what they offer visitors from Moldova once roaming in the EU stopped costing extra. Viewing their Moldovan pages and ads from a Moldovan address shows the offer as a buyer there meets it, which can differ from what the same seller shows in other countries, and a dated capture shows when it changed. A package built around a roaming charge that no longer exists may be withdrawn or relabelled, and the capture shows which.
A comparison or travel-advice site that listed roaming charges for Moldova before 2026 would have needed to update that entry. A publisher can review its own Moldova pages, and the results readers in Moldova get for roaming questions, from an address in the country, and date each correction so that the history of the page is on file.
Moldovan targets in financial services, healthcare or government systems, which our acceptable use policy names as regulated sectors, need verification before access. Mention them when you contact us, ahead of the order.
On 25 July 2025 the Council of the EU adopted a decision bringing Moldova into the roam-like-at-home area from 1 January 2026; a similar decision for Ukraine had been adopted on 14 July. The step was presented as part of Moldova's gradual integration into the EU single market, one of the goals of its 2016 association agreement with the EU.
The European Commission confirmed in January 2026 that roam like at home had been extended to Moldova from the first day of the year. EU citizens travelling to Moldova use calls, texts and mobile data at domestic prices without roaming surcharges, and Moldovans travelling in EU member states get the same. Moldova adapted its regulatory framework so that the roaming rules applicable in the EU apply there too. The rules also call for the same quality and speed as at home, and calls to the emergency services are free.
The 2026 step followed an earlier one: Moldova already had lower roaming charges with the EU under an agreement of 2024. Moldovan roaming pages may therefore show two changes in quick succession, first a reduction and then the end of surcharges, and dated captures need to tell the two apart.

The country and the carrier are fixed when you order, so the code carries neither. Put in the host, port, username and password that come with the address, send one request, and check that the response reports the country you ordered.
Questions buyers ask about Moldovan addresses and the roaming change of 2026, answered from EU sources and our catalogue.
Only one carrier is shown for Moldova, namely Lumina Broadband. The catalogue records whichever network announces an address, so checking the IP elsewhere gives the same name. Operators of local lines, and the provider behind your own connection, are a separate matter we do not speak to.
Moldova has been in the EU roaming area since 1 January 2026, under a Council decision of 25 July 2025. The European Commission confirmed the extension in January 2026, saying the EU roaming rules now apply in Moldova as well.
Yes: roaming at home prices works both ways for Moldova. EU travellers in Moldova and Moldovans travelling in EU member states both use calls, texts and data at domestic prices, without additional roaming charges. The rules that apply are the EU's own, which Moldova adopted into its framework.
Besides the price, the EU roaming rules give a phone in Moldova the same quality and speed as at home, and free calls to the emergency services. Those terms come with the EU rules that Moldova adopted into its own framework, so a Moldovan tariff page that describes roaming in the EU may mention them too.
Before that step, Moldova already had lower roaming charges with the EU under an agreement of 2024. The 2026 step then removed the surcharges for calls, texts and data altogether.
Not necessarily. ProxyJam lists the network that announces the address; the registry record can name another holder, so check both with a lookup. IP Checker
No. A ProxyJam ISP proxy in Moldova is chosen by carrier, not town; the address comes from that carrier's pool, so look up where it surfaces once issued. What Is My IP
No. A ProxyJam IP in Moldova stays the same from the day you order to the end of the paid period.
ProxyJam has no free trial; a first order can be refunded within 24 hours, the window for testing the address on your own targets. Refund Policy
