Read a row as our catalogue’s filing for a Singapore carrier and nothing else. You pick the carrier, its pool supplies the address, and the district a geolocation database names for that address is its own estimate, so we promise no district. When it is issued, check it with What Is My IP or the IP checker and keep the reading.

How do Singapore car prices move between bidding rounds?

Are listings captured on each side of a bidding round?

COE bidding opens on the first and third Monday of each month and usually closes the following Wednesday, so a car price that depends on the premium may move twice a month. Capture the same dealer listings from a Singapore address before a round opens and after its results, and store the round with each capture. Premiums are set category by category, so file each capture under the category of the car it shows. A fixed address keeps the series about the round rather than about where the visitor seemed to be.

Can my own listings supply the keyword list in Singapore?

Your own captures can supply the keyword list. Every listing you collect from a Singapore address names a category, a model and often whether a COE is included; turn those phrases into queries, run them from the same address, and you learn whether searchers are shown the dealers you track or someone else entirely. Cat A is defined by engine size and power limits, which a listing may state beside the category.

How do dealer ads compare with the latest results?

Was the price in a dealer ad set before or after the latest bidding round? Compare the ad, seen through a Singapore carrier's network, with the round results published since: a price that has not moved after a change in premium may be stale, and one that moved may simply reflect the round. Note also whether the listing says a COE is included, since that decides which comparison is fair.

Do renewal figures on my pages match the rules?

At the end of the first term an owner can deregister the vehicle or renew the certificate for five or ten years by paying the Prevailing Quota Premium, and a five-year renewal cannot be renewed again. If your site carries a renewal calculator or a guide, load it from a Singapore address after each round and confirm that the premium it uses is the current one and that the five-year rule is stated.

Is my Singapore target in a regulated sector?

Our acceptable use policy sets financial services, healthcare and government systems apart as regulated. Before you order for a Singapore target of that kind, describe the use to us and we will verify it.

How a Certificate of Entitlement is bought

Since when has Singapore had the COE?

The COE was introduced on 1 May 1990 by the transport unit of the Public Works Department to regulate how many vehicles are on the road. The Land Transport Authority runs it today. It announces the yearly quota in April and reviews it in October, and a buyer must bid for a certificate before buying a new vehicle.

How are Singapore COEs priced?

Bidding opens on the first and third Monday of each month and usually runs until the following Wednesday. A share of the yearly quota goes to auction each month in a sealed-bid, uniform-price format: every winning bidder pays the lowest winning bid, whatever they offered. The quota is set for the year and sold a share at a time.

What are the COE categories?

Cat A covers smaller cars, Cat B larger or more powerful ones, Cat C goods vehicles and buses, Cat D motorcycles, and Cat E is open to any vehicle type. Certificates in Cat A, B and D cannot be transferred. A certificate lets its holder own the vehicle for an initial ten years.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask about a Singapore address and COE pages before they buy, with answers taken from the scheme's record and our catalogue.

Which carriers do you list in Singapore?

ProxyJam lists these carriers for Singapore, spelled as the catalogue spells them: Lietpark Communications, Lumina Broadband.

When does COE bidding open in Singapore?

COE bidding in Singapore opens on the first and third Monday of each month. A round usually runs until the following Wednesday, when bidding closes.

What do Cat A and Cat E mean on a car listing?

On a Singapore car listing, Cat A and Cat E are COE categories. Cat A covers smaller cars, Cat B larger or more powerful ones, and Cat E is the open category for any vehicle type; Cat C and Cat D cover goods vehicles, buses and motorcycles. The category follows from the vehicle, so it tells you which round's premium the listing depends on.

How long does a COE last?

A Singapore COE lasts an initial ten years. The owner can then deregister the vehicle or renew for five or ten years at the Prevailing Quota Premium; a five-year renewal is final. Keep the expiry date with any used-car listing you capture, since the time left on its certificate may be part of what is offered.

Is the COE included in a Singapore car price?

A Singapore car price may or may not include the COE, so read the listing: it may quote the car with its certificate or without, and the wording is the dealer's. Record that wording and the round date with every captured price.

Is the carrier's name the company that owns the address?

Not necessarily. ProxyJam lists the network that announces the address; the registry record can name another holder, so check both with a lookup. IP Checker

Can I choose the town?

No. A ProxyJam ISP proxy in Singapore is chosen by carrier, not town; the address comes from that carrier's pool, so look up where it surfaces once issued. What Is My IP

Does the IP change during the period?

No. A ProxyJam IP in Singapore stays the same from the day you order to the end of the paid period.

Can I try it before committing?

ProxyJam has no free trial; a first order can be refunded within 24 hours, the window for testing the address on your own targets. Refund Policy

Is using proxies in Singapore legal?

We give no legal advice; check the rules that apply to your work. Some targets are reviewed before we enable work with them, as the acceptable use policy sets out. Acceptable Use Policy
