City helps you pick a provider; the IP's exact city is not guaranteed.

Rows file each carrier in Türkiye under a place in our catalogue and claim nothing else. Your pick is the carrier and the address is drawn from it; city and province come from whichever geolocation database you consult, so we promise neither. After delivery, read it through What Is My IP or the IP checker and note the result.
A Turkish product page may show, under the price, how the amount splits into instalments for each card. The number allowed depends on the product's category under the banking regulator's rules, so two products on one shop can carry different tables. Capture the page from an address in Türkiye and store the table with the price, since a price without its terms tells only half of what the buyer was offered. Capture the single-payment price too, if the page shows one, so the instalment total can be set against it.
Taksit is the Turkish word for an instalment, and taksit sayısı is the number of them. Put the question to the results directly: for one product, does adding taksit to the query bring up the same shops as the bare product name? Capture the two result pages together from a fixed address in Türkiye, compare them, and repeat after each change of the rules, since queries that add taksit may rank different pages.
An instalment count in a headline is a claim about a category's rules. Read the category's current term first, then the promotion: a headline offering more instalments than the category allows is the one to question, and the product page and checkout, loaded via an address on a Turkish carrier's network, show what the buyer is actually offered. Date each check, because the categories have been revised more than once.
A team that runs a Turkish store, or one it is authorised to manage, can walk the checkout from a fixed address in Türkiye and confirm that each product offers only the instalments its category allows. The 2014 rule and the 2016 amendment both took gift cards out of instalments; check the shop's current table for them too. A steady origin also leaves a login history that is easy to explain to a security review.
A bank's own site in Türkiye, like any target in financial services, healthcare or government systems, sits in a sector our acceptable use policy calls regulated. Let us verify the use before you order.
From early February 2014 the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, the BDDK, took food, fuel, mobile phones and gold products out of instalment buying, and capped how far larger purchases such as TVs, furniture and appliances could be spread. The stated aim was to slow inflation and the current account deficit.
In May 2014 the BDDK ruled that gift cards and gift tokens may not be paid for in instalments, and that retailers may not offer instalment plans for items with no physical product or service behind them. The 2016 amendment listed gift cards again among the purchases that take no instalments.
An amendment to the regulation on bank cards and credit cards, published in the Official Gazette on 27 September 2016, lengthened the general instalment term for goods and services. It set shorter terms for jewellery and for electronics and computers, and none for telecoms, spending abroad and purchases with no concrete product. Rules like these change, so read each shop's current table.

The country and the carrier are fixed when you order, so the code carries neither. Put in the host, port, username and password that come with the address, send one request, and check that the response reports the country you ordered.
What buyers ask about an address in Türkiye and instalment prices, answered from the dated rules above and our catalogue.
ProxyJam lists these carriers for Türkiye, spelled as the catalogue spells them: Lietpark Communications, Lumina Broadband.
Taksit on a Turkish product page means an instalment: the price split into monthly card payments. Taksit sayısı is the number of instalments a card purchase is divided into. A page may show a single-payment price and the instalment plan side by side.
Not everything in Türkiye can be bought in instalments. The BDDK took some categories out, gift cards among them in May 2014 and again in the 2016 amendment, and set shorter terms for others. The categories have been revised more than once, so check the current table on each shop.
In Türkiye the instalment limits are set by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, the BDDK, through its regulation on bank cards and credit cards; the latest amendment in our sources was published on 27 September 2016.
Two Turkish shops show different terms for one card because terms depend on the product's category under the BDDK rules, and each shop chooses what to offer within them. Capture both pages from the same address and the same day before you compare them. A difference on the same day, for the same card and category, is then the shops' choice rather than the rule.
Not necessarily. ProxyJam lists the network that announces the address; the registry record can name another holder, so check both with a lookup. IP Checker
No. A ProxyJam ISP proxy in Türkiye is chosen by carrier, not town; the address comes from that carrier's pool, so look up where it surfaces once issued. What Is My IP
No. A ProxyJam IP in Türkiye stays the same from the day you order to the end of the paid period.
ProxyJam has no free trial; a first order can be refunded within 24 hours, the window for testing the address on your own targets. Refund Policy
We give no legal advice; check the rules that apply to your work. Some targets are reviewed before we enable work with them, as the acceptable use policy sets out. Acceptable Use Policy
