A row names the place our catalogue lists a Vietnamese carrier under. Pick a carrier and its pool issues your address; the province or city that a lookup prints for it is the lookup’s own estimate, and we promise neither. Check the address after delivery with What Is My IP or the IP checker.
In Telex, tiếng is typed as tieengs, and a query typed with the input method switched off may reach a search box as those raw keys. If your own site search logs strings like tieengs, they are Telex input, and a decoder that applies the Telex rules turns them back into the word. Before deciding such a string is worth targeting, check from a fixed Vietnamese address which pages rank for it.
With a Telex input method a word is built in steps: the letters arrive first and the marks follow as later keys. A search box that asks for suggestions on every keystroke may therefore query half-built words. Type into your own Vietnamese search box from an address in Vietnam using Telex and watch the suggestions settle; they should end on the finished word, not on dd or a stray tone key. Repeat with VNI, the other input method Windows 10 supports natively, and note which method each failure came from.
Vietnamese tone marks are typed in Telex with s, f, r, x or j and arrive as part of the letter. Captures of Vietnamese pages should keep the marks exactly as served, because a dropped mark changes the text you stored. The keystrokes themselves never reach the page; a capture holds the finished letters the input method produced, which is why a leftover Telex sequence on a live page is a typing slip worth recording.
Copy typed in Telex may carry a stray key when the input method misses a letter, so dd sits where đ belongs or a tone key trails a word. Proofread Vietnamese creative and landing pages, opened through an address on a Vietnamese carrier's network, with a check for leftover Telex sequences such as dd, aw or a final s, f, r, x or j, and correct them before launch.
Vietnamese work that involves financial services, healthcare or government systems needs our verification first, because our acceptable use policy counts all three as regulated. Message us before ordering.
Telex takes its name from the telex machines used in Vietnam in the 1920s and 1930s, when equipment from overseas handled only basic Latin letters and accented messages could arrive garbled. The journalist Nguyễn Văn Vĩnh is credited with devising the original rules for writing Vietnamese with those letters, a scheme still in use long after the machines. The rules spell each Vietnamese letter with keys an ordinary Latin keyboard has.
Typing a vowel twice adds the circumflex: aa gives â, ee gives ê and oo gives ô. A following w gives the other modified vowels, aw for ă, ow for ơ and uw for ư, and dd gives đ. The w key alone can also give ư, and a modified vowel can still take a tone mark, so one key sequence may set both.
The tone keys are s for sắc, f for huyền, r for hỏi, x for ngã and j for nặng, and z removes a mark. If several tone keys are pressed the last one applies. Windows 10, from version 1903, supports Telex and VNI natively, and Telex remains the default in many input method editors.

The country and the carrier are fixed when you order, so the code carries neither. Put in the host, port, username and password that come with the address, send one request, and check that the response reports the country you ordered.
Buyers' questions about Vietnamese addresses and Vietnamese typing, answered from the record of the Telex method and our catalogue.
The catalogue holds exactly one carrier for Vietnam: Lumina Broadband. Entries are labelled after whichever network announces the address, consistent with an IP lookup. Whether another firm runs the cables in your street, or provides your connection, lies beyond what this name says.
Telex typing in Vietnamese is a way of typing with plain ASCII keys: doubled letters or a following w make the modified vowels and đ, and the keys s, f, r, x and j add the tones. The input method converts the keys into letters as you type.
In Vietnamese Telex the tone keys are S for sắc, f for huyền, r for hỏi, x for ngã and j for nặng; z takes a mark off. The last tone key typed wins, and pressing a tone key twice types the letter itself.
In a Vietnamese query log, tieengs may be tiếng typed in Telex with the input method switched off, so the keystrokes reached the search box unconverted. Applying the Telex rules decodes it: ee gives ê, and the final s adds the sắc tone.
VNI is not the same as Telex: it is a separate Vietnamese input method; Windows 10 supports both natively from version 1903, so test your forms with each. Many input method editors default to Telex.
Not necessarily. ProxyJam lists the network that announces the address; the registry record can name another holder, so check both with a lookup. IP Checker
No. A ProxyJam ISP proxy in Vietnam is chosen by carrier, not town; the address comes from that carrier's pool, so look up where it surfaces once issued. What Is My IP
No. A ProxyJam IP in Vietnam stays the same from the day you order to the end of the paid period.
ProxyJam has no free trial; a first order can be refunded within 24 hours, the window for testing the address on your own targets. Refund Policy
