Read down a column and you will find no discount, because there is none to find. Every figure is one monthly rate multiplied by the number of months and rounded to the cent. The one-month figure is rounded too, so multiplying it out can land a few cents away from a longer period's total — that gap is rounding, not a discount. What you are buying is one address, kept out of the pool for as long as you hold it, and the rate for a second address is the rate for the first.

That is the entire price structure, and it is deliberately flat. What moves the price is which country and which carrier you pick, and the order form above prices that exactly before you commit to it.
Every price here, and the static residential and mobile counts, is read from the snapshot of the ProxyJam catalogue the site is built from — the same one the order card prices from — not typed by hand. The datacenter count is coverage supplied alongside it, since datacenter has no catalogue entry yet. The other terms come from the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

Two rates exist in the catalogue and a country sits on one of them. That is the whole of the price structure — there is no tier you unlock by ordering more, and no negotiation to have at ten addresses that you could not have at one.

Datacenter is listed as coverage in 71 countries with no prices, and rotating residential has neither prices nor coverage in the catalogue. If your work needs one of the three, this price list cannot be planned against yet.
An address that gets refused on the target you bought it for costs its full price and returns nothing. That is the case for the replacement policy above, and the reason the carrier is named before you order rather than after.

No, and there is no hidden one either. The rate is per IP per month and it is the same at one address as at a hundred. A volume discount belongs to products sold as traffic; here the product is an address, and reserving a second one does not make the first cost any less to hold.
No. Every period is charged at the same monthly rate: its total is that rate times the number of months, rounded to the cent. The reason to take a longer period is that the address stays yours for it, not that it gets cheaper.
By how long you need the same address. A longer period costs no less per month, so what it buys is continuity; a shorter one leaves you free to move to another country or carrier sooner. The order form offers more periods than the four in the table, all at the same monthly rate.

Instead, a first order can be refunded within 72 hours, up to 10 IPs, and using the proxies does not void it — testing them against your own targets is what that window is for.
