## 1. Data Controller

Pryvus Inc acts as the data controller for account, billing, compliance, and service usage data. Where we process personal data on behalf of business customers under a separate agreement, we act as a processor only as described in that agreement.

Upon request, we may provide information about the subprocessors and third-party processors we use.

Customers are responsible for determining whether they act as a controller, processor, business, service provider, or equivalent role under applicable privacy laws for any data they access or process using the Services.

## 2. Data We Collect

- Account information: name, email address, username, password or authentication data, company details, role, and account settings if provided;

- Billing and order information: purchased services, invoices, payment status, renewals, refunds, taxes, transaction metadata, dispute records, and limited payment-related information;

- Payment data: full card details are processed by payment processors such as Stripe and are not stored by ProxyJam in full form;

- Technical and usage information: IP address, login activity, browser information, device data, timestamps, API usage, access logs, rate-limit events, error logs, proxy session metadata, and service diagnostics;

- Support and communication records: support tickets, emails, chat messages, notices, and related attachments;

- Risk and compliance information: fraud signals, abuse signals, dispute records, sanctions screening signals, verification information, business information, use-case information, risk review notes, and compliance documentation requested for onboarding or review;

- Cookie and analytics data, as described in our Cookie Policy.

## 3. How we use data

- provide, operate, secure, monitor, and improve our services;

- create and manage accounts;

- process payments, renewals, refunds, billing, invoices, taxes, subscriptions, and disputes;

- provide customer support;

- maintain security, prevent fraud, abuse, network misuse, payment risk, sanctions violations, and unauthorized use;

- perform verification, sanctions screening, use-case review, abuse review, payment-risk review, and compliance checks;

- third parties affected by abuse where necessary to investigate or respond to fraud, abuse, network misuse, legal complaints, or security incidents;

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, unless disclosed and where legally permitted or consented to.

Customers must not use ProxyJam to collect, process, store, transmit, enrich, sell, or disclose personal data unless they have a lawful basis, required notices, required consents where applicable, appropriate security measures, and authority to use the target system or data source. Where required, customers must enter into a separate data processing agreement or compliance addendum before using the Services for regulated personal data processing.

## 14. Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 through the Services.
