By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

This AUP is a core condition of using ProxyJam. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension, termination, blocked traffic, withheld service access, account review, reporting to providers or payment processors, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

1. Permitted Uses

The Services are intended only for lawful, authorized, and compliance-controlled business purposes, including:

  • compliance-controlled SEO and market research where the customer has lawful access and does not bypass restrictions;
  • business intelligence using information that the customer is lawfully permitted to access;
  • ad verification, brand protection, and anti-fraud monitoring;
  • corporate security testing, monitoring, and diagnostics on systems the customer owns or is authorized to test;
  • controlled network access for legitimate business security, testing, diagnostics, availability monitoring, ad verification, and research purposes, provided that the customer has authorization or another lawful basis for the activity and does not use the Services to hide unlawful activity, misrepresent identity, evade restrictions, or bypass access controls.

2. Conditional and Reviewed Use Cases

Some use cases may be allowed only after review and approval, including brand protection, ad verification, price intelligence, market research, security research, SEO monitoring, QA testing, fraud prevention, and business intelligence. Approval may require written confirmation of lawful basis, target authorization, rate limits, data handling safeguards, or other controls.

ProxyJam may reject or restrict any use case even if the customer believes it is lawful, where ProxyJam determines that the use case creates unacceptable legal, compliance, payment, provider, infrastructure, card-network, abuse, or reputational risk.

3. Public Data Disclaimer

Public availability of data does not by itself authorize scraping, automated access, collection, or processing. Customers must ensure that their use complies with applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, contractual restrictions, access controls, rate limits, and any binding instructions or restrictions imposed by the relevant website, platform, service, or data owner. Customers must also comply with applicable robots.txt directives where legally applicable.

4. Lawful and Authorized Use Only

You may use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with: applicable laws and regulations; sanctions and export control rules; third-party rights; and the rules that lawfully apply to the systems, platforms, or services you access.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that each target, workflow, automation, integration, and data collection activity is authorized, lawful, accurately described to ProxyJam when requested, and compliant with all applicable laws and third-party rules.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for, in support of, or in connection with:

  • fraud, deception, theft, payment abuse, card testing, chargeback abuse, dispute manipulation, or other unlawful activity;
